Q:What is Virgin Hair?

A:Virgin hair is hair that has never been treated with any type of chemicals. Virgin hair is in its natural state with its cuticles running in the same direction and in tact.

We ensure that we provide the highest quality hairs tested to extreme lengths in terms of quality, durability + longevity.

Hair quality will differ amongst vendors, we truly believe that so long as hairs are 100% ethically sourced from their origin countries and also from healthy donors without the hairs being compromised or mixed with foreign fibres, you can’t fall short on the quality!

Our hairs are raw virgin hairs to the highest quality available.

 

Q: Can I dye my extensions

A: You can bleach, dye and process virgin hair just as you would your own!

We would recommend anything between three to four bundles of hair for a full instal.

This is also dependant on your lengths of your extensions and how full you would like your installation

 

Q: How soon will I receive my order?

A: Yes - we ship worldwide with a tracked and signed delivery service

Q: Do you sell wholesale?

A: We're welcoming all new + existing hair stockists worldwide!

-Feel free to fill out our wholesale application online and we'll get back to you within 24 hours with full wholesale details and price lists.

Q: Whats your returns / exchange policy?

A: We exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our clients receive only the best virgin hair. Therefore, there are no returns or exchanges upon items that are not deemed faulty without our assessment or for unwanted items that have or have not been worn or are no longer in their original condition.

-Once a payment has been made, customers have a thirty minute window to modify or cancel their orders. After this time frame, orders cannot be cancelled as your order would have already started to be processed.

-Please contact us as soon as possible for any changes needed to be made.

-However exchanges may be accepted subject to the following terms and conditions. If, for any reason you are unhappy due to the defect of your product(s) purchased, after assessment we may agree to exchange any purchased product for another product of an equal value or in lieu offer store credit to its value within 14 days of purchase.
