❌ No Refunds on Opened or Installed Hair

Due to hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on any hair that has been:

  • Opened
  • Worn or installed
  • Altered in any way

🔄 Exchanges – Unused Items Only

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Product is unused, unaltered, and in original packaging
  • Exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • Customer covers return shipping

The following are non-refundable & final sale:

  • Clearance items

📨 Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We’ll resolve it promptly and professionally.

💳 Chargebacks & Fraud

Fraudulent chargebacks or policy abuse will result in account restriction and IP blacklisting.

🇺🇸 U.S. Return Requests (Limited)

If your item qualifies, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Hair must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

If your order was shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return within 14 days under EU consumer laws.

💵 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
