The AMAGLAMOUR REWARD is our free rewards program in the United States and Canada that lets you earn points on all your merchandise purchases and redeem on rewards (“Rewards”).

How do I earn points on amaglamour.com?
To earn points on amaglamour.com you must first create a amaglamour.com account with an email address. Every dollar counts towars Gifts, Discounts and free Shippings For every U.S. or Canadian dollar you spend (as applicable based on country of purchase) on merchandise at AMAGLAMOUR online, you receive one Reward point when you provide or check out with the email address that is registered to your amaglamour account. How do I check my points?
To check your points online, simply sign in to your amaglamour.com account. 

Do rewards expire?
Your reward credits expire  1 year after they're earned.

How do I redeem my rewards online?
After you create a amaglamour.com account with the email address that you used to sign up for  your points and rewards history will be available online. If you have a reward credit towards your next purchase, you will have the option to use it during checkout. Don't forget: reward credits expire  1 year after they're earned.

Can I save my rewards for a later purchase?
Of course. If you're shopping on amaglamour.com, simply enter the amount of the rewards you'd like to redeem during checkout. Don't forget: reward credits expire  1 year after they're earned.

What happens to my points when I return items?

Points will be added back to your same account, once the merchandise is returned successfully.  

What happens to my reward points if part of my order is cancelled?

Reward points are awarded for all merchandise that is purchased. If an item is cancelled from your order, you will not receive points for that item.

Are there any limitations to the number of Rewards that I can redeem?

Due to limited quantities, you can only redeem one unit of any particular Reward.

Why don't I see my 15 welcome points?

Once you've joined our reward on amaglamour.com - with the email address that you used to sign up;you will receive 15 welcome points. It may take up to three days for these points to appear in your account. You will receive an email notification as soon as the 50 welcome points have been applied to your account. If you still do not see your welcome points after seven days, please call Client Services at contacts us via email at info@amaglamour.com

I am a 1,000-point member. Why am I not receiving free shipping?
Once you've accumulated 1,000 points within a calendar year, you will receive free standard shipping within the U.S. (50 states only) for one year on all online orders placed on amaglamour.com. Please remember: you must create an amaglamour account with the email address you used to sign up for to receive any online benefits on amaglamour.com. If you've done this and you're still not receiving free shipping, please call Client Services at 888-959-GLAM for assistance or contacts us via email at info@amaglamour.com

I've created a amaglamour.com account with the email address I used to join amaglamour.com. Why am I not seeing my points?

I have more than one membership account number. What should I do?
Please call Client Services at 888-959-GLAM for assistance. Once your accounts have been merged into one, you will need to sign in using the email and password associated with your amaglamour account in order to earn points online.

Please note: Accounts under different names cannot be combined.

To update your name, address, ZIP code or email, simply sign in to your bebe.com account and go to My Account.
